For optimal results, Invisalign® aligners should be worn for 20 to 22 hours each day. They should only be removed while eating, drinking anything besides water, brushing, and flossing.

Most patients visit Roman Dental Arts every six to eight weeks so we can monitor progress, ensure your treatment is on track, and provide your next sets of aligners.

Clean your aligners daily using a soft toothbrush, clear antibacterial soap, or Invisalign® cleaning crystals. Avoid using hot water, as it can warp the plastic and affect the fit of your aligners.

If you lose an aligner, contact Roman Dental Arts as soon as possible. Depending on your progress, we may recommend wearing your previous aligner, moving to the next one, or ordering a replacement to keep your treatment on schedule.
